1. What are the advantages of this all-in-one chassis compared to an open graphics card slot?
Answer: Ours can easily fix the graphics card to avoid short circuit and damage to the graphics card caused by tilting of the graphics card during use.
2. Why is the power supply of the M3 mini graphics card dock only 240W? Is it enough? Answer: The recommended power wattage of the graphics card is the power consumption of the entire PC desktop. The graphics card is used alone in the graphics card dock, and the actual power consumption is relatively small. We designed it with reference to the official energy consumption parameters of the graphics card. Currently, 240W has met most needs of ITX small graphics cards.

3. Can Thunderbolt 4 and USB4 computers be used?
Answer: All computers support Thunderbolt 4/3 and USB4
4. Does it support charging laptop PD?
Answer: Not supported.
5. Why not use a 230W adapter, so that more graphics cards can be compatible and the charging function can be added.
Answer: What we pursue is portability. The size of the 230W power supply is like a brick and is larger than the graphics card dock, which loses the meaning of the mini graphics card dock.
6. Can the adapter be replaced with a smaller one as needed? Answer: Yes, our graphics card dock is powered by DC12V and has a standard 5525 interface. Adapters above 12V1A can be used.
7.Does Apple computer support it?
Answer: Supported, but only for the bootcamp windows version. We can boot without UEFI and install the driver directly. If you need to use it in a MACOS system, you need to contact customer service to confirm the version of the graphics card and computer.
